1) When will I receive my order?
We ship all ground/surface orders within two (2) days of receiving them and the time of delivery to the shipping address depends on the shipping address and shipping method selected. Orders placed by 12:00 Noon Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, and shipped via Three Day Select, Second Day Air or Next Day Air, will be shipped that day. If the order is placed after 12:00 Noon Pacific Time, we will ship the order the following business day.

The chart below provides an estimate of how long it will take to receive your order based on these factors.
